Ramsey Su, My second question is what are they going to do with billion dollars they raised? This plus cash for sale of hand set division puts a lot of potential cash on the line. I wonder whether they will get a large price or just a good agreement on future purchases of asics and a good royalty rate. Siemans has been in the rumor picture for a long time. Phillips maybe? I would assume this would make Motorola law suit somewhat moot for Qualcomm, but not for Motorola. I expect a settlement soon with Motorola. Robert D.
