PPI was soft, and the market has traded sideways ever since...there are too many skeptics. DELL is under performing the general market at the moment, so inflation concerns aren't the only enemy. DELL needs a technical breakout based on news, upgrades, comments from within etc. to push the stock price higher on decent volume. Until then it's range trading at best.
