johnd: It really doesn't matter to the techs. The growth will continue unabated as customer corporations try to fight inflationary pressures through implementing high tech solutions. Techs will rise and fall on earnings and revenue growth. Forget the bull about techs being more effected by the bond alternative model as who is going to move out of the techs for 25 basis points or even 75 basis points (6.25-6.75) when the greatest leap forward in communications and convergence with PC is yet to happen. The funds are loaded with cash and they will soon have to spend it with or without another rate increase. greenspan does not help the dollar or inflation by talking down our markets and scaring investors to the fake growth in Japan. AG has built a big trap for himself as Judge Jackson has. The markets are always right and the manipulators be they crooks, bureaucrats or judges cannot outguess them. The law of unintended consequences will always catch them looking the wrong way. JFD
