No ability to follow through on the momentum from a decent up day tells me the mentality on DELL is still to sell upticks. Until there is a significant technical breakout from this trading channel, it's nothing more then a range bound stock at best...I agree that the perception of DELL the company certainly contributes to the stocks lack luster performance...
