Snyder is positioning himself behind MOT in the same fashion that Cabi positioned himself behind ERICY. I find it remarkable that H & Q would let this analyst make open comments of this sort in the press. Nonetheless, this deal with MOT will accomplish two goals in my mind, assuming that MOT is the buyer. First, it would put an end to MOT & QCOM lawsuits. Second, it would force MOT to purchase a large number of ASICS from QCOM.
