Absolutely riotous day on CNBC. First Constello comes on and says "chat rooms really talking up a lot of concerns that AMPD's news may not be totally on the up and up. Technology might not be new, but up to 2 years old. And some officers of the company may be stock promoters." Stock quickly tanks from 8 to 6 1/2. Then he comes back 1/2 hour later and says "well, we talked to the CEO again" (seemingly oblivious to the fact that the same guy was on for a live interview this AM) "and he said that the company's new technology isn't really new technology, just improved and lower cost version of existing technology. Also those stock promoters? They left the company over a year ago; I just forgot to update the company's website." Stock immediately bounces to 7 1/4. Totally dumb, IMO. The CEO has now admitted that his PR was misleading. And those nasty stock promoters who "left" the company? One of them is the contact person on Thursday's PR -- including her phone number. ROFLMAO !!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I hear there are a lot of very angry recent investors out there....
