Possibly I am making mountain out of a mole hill but after noticing that, suddenly, gnet is no longer a profitable company I began to read the 8-KA that was recently filed. I know that some discussion of it's contents were presented in a rather glossed over fashion here, but I find it VERY disturbing that after properly accounting for these acquisitions they are now reporting a loss of $6.15. One of the reasons I have invested in GNET is that their strategy was to remain profitable while acquirirng profitable companies. Is the info reported in the 8KA evidence that this strategy has changed? Or are the charges that have taken GNET to a $6.15 loss one time charges for the acquisitions? I am hoping for the latter. I am hoping that the acqusitions, which in everything I read were profitable before they were acquired, will be contributing to the bottom line in the upcoming quarters.

Is no one else concerned about this?
