Nope, if the citizens vote for it, even Satanism and animal sacrifice.

As long as it is not against the law, an individual should be allowed to teach it to his children and community.

That is the beauty of a republic, you have the freedom to live around like minded people. The curse of the social democracy is that if the majority disagrees with you, you're just out of luck.

btw, I think animal sacrifice is against the law now. Unless you are a professional vet or shaman.
