one reason was loved to be posted here is - TFSM uses ADFC's server for advertising, which may reduce the gross margin 5-7% lower than DCLK. I consider it more excuse than a solid reason. TFSM's revenue consistency is better than DCLK from my observation.

I did short ADFC to hedge my position in TFSM.
