karen has SUCH a weak argument, jeff. those who equipped the Titanic and certified it ready for use had a 'stated passenger capacity' number in their sales literature. how did the Titanic's engineers justify not attaching enough lifeboats for the 'stated ship's passenger capacity.'

one doesn't have to "know a conveyance's fate" in order to subtract "total lifeboats x passenger capacity" from "total SHIP passenger capacity" to spot the shortage before the first ticket is ever sold to buying public!!!!

wonder if kholt would be willing to buy her dad and airline ticket if everyone on the plane had a 'floatation device seat cushion' BUT her dad BEFORE they took off?
