RESEARCH ALERT - USWeb raised September 13, 1999 10:46 AM EDT NEW YORK, Sept 13 (Reuters) - SoundView Technology said Monday analyst David Mahoney upgraded shares of USWeb Corp to strong buy from buy. -- Raised fiscal 1999 earnings estimate to $0.47 a share from $0.46 and 2000 estimate to $0.75 from $0.71. -- Price target is $45 a share. -- Shares rose 1-1/2 to 29-15/16.
