Thank you in advance for responding to my question. If I continue to read the headache producing 8KA will I find the charges associated with the VV investment? Or are those accounted for in some other document?

One of the things that concerns me is right after releasing earnings last quarter, GNET was profitable. It was stated so in press releases and news articles. Now you show a loss of $6.15. And as I mentioned earlier after the earnings release last quarter GNET began to be listed in my portfolio with a PE. This meant that you had been profitable for 4 consecutive quarters. I noticed that the PE was dropped several weeks ago, but chalked it up to some flakiness on YHOO's portfolio system. Now it just disturbs me. What happened to the profitability in the last 4 quarters? This is why I invested in the company. Were the profits wiped out by the restatement in the 8KA? I will go back and read the thing as best I can

I apologize if these questions are a simple product of my ignorance and appreciate anyones opinion of how this works.

Thanks,
jb
