Nope. 256 Mbit RDRAM can only get you 16 GB capacity in a 4-way Alpha 21364 system. (256 Mbit per device, 32 devices per channel, 16 channels in a system)

Also, I see 144 Mbit RDRAM devices, but what about 288 Mbit? These are the ones you need for error-correcting capabilities. 256 Mbit has no error-correction capability, which is unacceptable for high-RAS solutions like Alpha.
