Peter:

Thanks for your valuable insights on SEPR.

To Jim p_d:

The reversal today was somewhat very encouraging, especially when it was coupled with higher volume on the up-turn. The volume during the sell-off this morning was almost nil (down 1 1/2 with ~88K shares), and then the turn around. My suspicion is that most of today's volume is fresh new buying, since we seem to be entering SEPR's strong sales season for their products, as well as the potential news expected to come out between now and year-end.

I would also strongly suggest that you compare the chart actions between July-September '98 and July-September '99 -- If history is to repeat itself, we should see a triple-bottom formation around the $73 1/2 for what I would call a major swing to the upside (exactly like the spike we saw last year from the mid $40's to $141).

Finally and based on very very very very preliminary and very hypothetical analysis of the Options Open Interest and their prices at the close today, I would make a case for SEPR to close around $80 1/2 +/- 5/8 by this triple-witching Friday.

All in all, so far so good, and we need a good follow-through tomorrow. Good Luck.
