Hello Bearded One, This Parish article is pretty interesting reading. As Loring posted, there is an Economist article also ... I guess that in some of the pasges of text he indicates that Microsoft employees started to ask him questions about tax implications of the plans, etc. This is supposed to be what got him going on some of the research. It is interesting, and seems to have links to more than his writing ... there now seems to be SEC and Greenspan involvement in the review of this matter ... Scott C. Lemon
