I understand your concern regarding earnings or lack of, but we must realize this company has made a host of acquisitions in the last year, including a major preferred stock deal with PA. all of which cut into their rather small top line revenue number. Sure they have been profitable, but their top line revenue number has always been small. The only way for them to grow top line revenue is to continue to grow the company. The fastest way to do that is through acquisitions...which have one time charges against bottom line earnings. These charges don't stay with us going forward, but the company's do.
