Let us assume that there exists multiple parallel universes. Modern physics supports such a hypothesis. Now let us assume that one of those universes is identical to ours but exists at a point farther along an objective time line. Thus my action in the next ten minutes is a historical fact. This does not mean that my action is not free. The fact that the future cannot communicate this fact to the past means that my action is for all intents and purposes of my own free will.
To put it another way, it can be argued that George Washington does exist in space time. One could argue that Washington's perception of "now" and reality is just as valid as mine. The fact that I am aware that he will cross the Delaware and ambush the German mercenaries does not mean that his action is predestined. Einstein shows that all of space exists now and in the same way so does all of time. The fact that the future exists does not mean that it is predestined.
