Ivan, Call RMJ & Associates (713) 596-9000 and ask for Skipper. They have a report that was completed on March 7th by Intl Investment Research. (They will fax it to you) It does an excellent job of laying out the structure of the company. The Float is 3.3 Million and outstanding is 8.3 million. After dilution, there will be 24.3 million shares. 15-20 people own 5 million shares (which are subject to rule 144). Carl Smith, after dilution, will hold 3.2 million. He will be restricted for 36 months. All earnings projections have been based on full dilution. Sincerely, Paul
