FVCX - reason for float increase--> likely due to restricted shares coming to market. Now, it could also be that some of the shares will be earmarked and sold to, say, QWST?

Anyone rem IMCL how there was insider selling and some large block sales - turned out those shares were gathered for sale to Merck GmbH as part of a milestone payment (made in equity) -- in effect it was an "investment".

Could an investment be made by QWST into FVCX like occured for IMCL?? hmmmm
