Intriguing idea. Low cost labor in Korea. Chance for Q to stiff LSI Logic on chipsets. Possible backdoor into China. Nevertheless, it seems less likely than some of the other possibilities. But who knows.

It also seems to me that the whole thing would not have to be sold to one bidder. Maybe the plant in Brazil gets separate treatment. It's going to be interesting.
