Eric. Thanks for your response on Carolyn Rose. I asked because, I
really did not know about this one. My first take (and I guess I still
feel this way) is that: The first thing I notice is the "tenure" with
the company. In her case 10 years. The next thing I notice is the
"position level". In her case, "high". And the last thing I notice
is any public (or private) indications of "performance". In her case
I didn't see the last (performance) as a problem, because of all of
new initiatives I've seen on education roll-outs, emphasis' on CNE
status, etc. SO..... I think it's probably just a "time for a change"
thing (what with new management coming in), and althoug I am only
speculating here (REALLY), I would say the her departure was "not
a problem" for either Novell nor her, and amicable. IMVHO. Thanks...J
