I probably wasn't clear, it's not a vote per se, as to who heckles it. You have to count. Who counts you may ask, and that's a pretty good question. Well, authority counts, so if you are head of an institution it counts. Education counts, Save your voice if you don't have a PHD. Still what works is that the ideas are preserved and anyone with an IQ above a turnip is eager to look at the ideas of scientists whether they are proclaimed "law" or not.
Is evolution a fact? just look at the stones, it's not just about the earth, its a part of the earth.
