I think this has been in the works for quite some time. I'd like the definition of an "unsolicited" merger. When did Triangle Multimedia come into existence? Compare that with the date of the initial "offer". Now one of the criteria for determining the swap ratio is based on the management. Didn't they just acquire Roger? Which side of the fence did he count? The studio deal and asset ownership has been murky at best. RB folks have said that they will be filing into the SEC on this one. If we take the deal, we might get something. If the SEC comes in, QBID, I imagine, will get what they intended to acquire, the rights to Bingo and Auction Television. This will all take place at a fire sale as GAAY goes down with the dreams of all its' shareholders. Maybe tomorrow we'll see a nickle?
