So only PhDs count now. Can we say "eugenicist"? I've known many people who were doctors of philosophy, and they were so full of sh-- it was quite saddening. It always seems to come down to this: I have a higher degree than you, so I am right. Despite incredible bias on subjects, a large degree of political correctness, and a pretentious, self-agrandizing nature, these particular PhDs are no more enlightening than some college dropouts I've met. Successful, intelligent college dropouts at that. Yes, I went to college, never got a PhD, so I guess that means I'm a moron and should have no say here. But I will say this, you are the dogmatist here. Yes, evolution has its own dogma, and you've been espousing it quite well. This is the only reason teaching evolution bothers me. It's taught as though it is the defining origin of the species. Don't play any of your stupid semantic games with me here. It's taught as though we came from apish creatures. It's taught as a reality, not as a possibility. Twist what you will, TP, it only proves to me how full of it you are. |
