Tom,
Cook is giving vaporware a bad name. "We won't release it till it's perfect" doesn't fly these days. I especially enjoyed him saying Zixmail was ubiquitous (!). In any case, their whole model is flawed..client server apps are a pain to upgrade.

Another competitor: Tumbleweed TMWD "Bridging the gap between email and commerce", working with UPS, Pitney Bowes, USPS, NASA. Been doing it for 6 years..investors include H&Q, Adobe. You won't see them issuing PR's about a 'informational' web site.
