Can I ask an OT heretical-theoretical question? No? Good. Why in the heck would you run up a tracking stock? You can't ever get bought out by an acquiring company so your Probability x Price of (small p x BIG $) is zero. You can't get dividends as far as I know like this would be possible for Biotech anyway (exceptions not worth noting). So what kinda cash flows are you buying?? That having been said I happily play in the fields of GZxx (where xx= any two letter combination)along with the rest of em but do have trouble with the overall valuation. RWR
