I do not have the information on which are the two analysts covering Cohu and providing a rating but I was organizing the information on TER (Teradyne's)analysts since even if they do not specifically cover Cohu they would be interested due to their industry niche.
If you sent them your analysis I think it would be very useful and I agree you have done a nice review. They would be making recommendations to the same institutional investors interested in this sector and furthermore since they cover TER they probably have Mergers and Acquisitions specialists that are constantly looking for business opportunities (for example TER acquiring Cohu).
