You guys may want to call the company and confirm this. When I was talking to Anne about the track, I was under the impression that they may NOT be presenting a final proposal to Richmond City this year. I didn't get a date.
You may want to press her on that matter, or wait until Hart gets back.
On the Band, I wanted Anne to tell me basically what the Band's stance was, she would NOT give me any information on that matter.
Ask questions, lots of questions, ask WHY as well. If you don't understand an answer have them explain it.
This is my GUT feeling and my opinion. Horsepower may be our only saving grace. I think we will be tied up in legal hell for a long time. I don't have any idea when the track proposal will be made, and you know what I believe will be the outcome anyway.

I am not trying to get anyone down, all I want are facts. The facts are there, you just have to find them.
