Ok, I've got my Amazon short (again), and I just received something in my mailbox that bolsters my convictions. It's a $5 "gift" - a rebate on anything I buy at Amazon. Of course, it must be by September 28. The Q ends the 30th. This is a push and a shove to make estimates. Why isn't this just a usual sales gimmick? They say they want me to shop again since I haven't shopped in a while. But I just shopped there just last month.
