Michael,

Great now that we are on the same page, it appears that we are in agreement that Microsquat can expense their options compensation for a hit to earnings of ~19%.

Now that I have one person in agreement, I'll rest peacefully as randoms spew nonsense stating that if ESO's were properly expensed, most of the S&P 500 would be loosing money, or at least taking a hit of 50% to earnings.
