G.Moore: Chuckle. No, you certainly did not offend me. Thank you for being concerned. My comment was simply that "desparation" is about as far from a descriptive word that the English language contains for what Qualcomm is doing IMO and just in IMO of course. Right now Qualcomm is making a move to rationalize its operations. Making adjustments and improvements. This is just sensible. The "announcement" is the result of a media inspired set of stories to which Qualcomm reponded by saying what it is actually engaged in working out as opposed to the rumors which were circulating.
