I hear you... however, this is precisely why AFFX is priced like a "Gorilla" [see Gorilla Game thread], everyone thinks it's the bio-intel. Buy INCY??? Not priced that way at all, no one thinks they have the "enabling technology" or the 'standard' by which all others must dance to. In fact, just the opposite, they think AFFX has it, and INCY is a commodity business. That said, there is that much more upside if INCY turns out to be tougher and more entrenched than they think!!

One thing I'm trying get out of the company is... so what does this lawsuit make their chip business worth?
