Wow, I think you thought you were posting to someone else. I think WE! all realize that this is not an exact science and that as new information is gained interpretations change. A typical field experience with any type of "engineered" project.

So, it is my hope that the "go to the target" is next week. I think the markets should have a chance to react in anticipation.
