Mika,

Roaqming agreements don't mean much when coverage is nonexistant. The countries I mentioned either have no GSM or no hope of ever having adequate GSM coverage. Tri mode phones do not equal GSM roaming. I personally don't believe international roaming is important to most customers, for those that require international coverage Globalstar will be the ticket.
