I have called in my shares, but I was told it would take 3 weeks. From what I have been told there is close to a million shares that have been shorted on the 144 shares that Genesis has said are invalid until a judge makes a decision on there validity. Genesis has been trying to get the owners of these share to agree to go before a judge but they have not wished to do so, for obvious reasons. Now they are in the process of forcing the action. In the mean time the shorters call in number was apparently 2.03 to 2.06 now it appears that they have increased there short some more and the number is below 2. Because they have no way of accruing this many shares they are basically hoping against hope that the audit will not finish or the numbers will not be there and the price will stay down. This seems reasonable to me because if I had such a large short on invalid shares and I new I could only get at best a couple thousand shares to cover what difference would it make if I tried to buy those now and run up the price or waited for the audit and see where the stock went then. Think about it, your already in over you head what difference does it make if you wait a little longer. We have only got a couple of weeks left to wait and see so quit the bitching. If the wait is too much to handle sell you shares now it is getting tireing listening to the few of you whiners out there. Do you really think that the whining and complaining will makes these next few weeks go any faster? I also talked to Mike again this week and the BDO review portion is apparently about a week ahead of schedule. They feel real confident about hitting the April 27th date or sooner. The main audit will finish about 3 weeks after that. First quarters numbers are ahead of last quarters. And this will also be out beginning of May. The first 2 PACECAR centers are nearing completion one outside of Atlanta and one in Talledaega(sp?). These centers are expected to reach full profitablity within 120 days of openning. Very shortly they will be getting some new samples from the gold mine and have them analysed and release those numbers. As for the audit Genesis has no reason to believe that everything will not be verified and hold up to what they have told everbody. It will come in at the amount they have stated according to Genesis. There have been some new investors over the last couple of weeks buying small pieces mainly because they do not want to see the price move up at all so they can get the most for their money. Genesis is in contact with new and potentialy new investors daily and is monitoring the buys and potential buy once the news starts breaking. There is also a number of new ventures waiting in the wings once this audit stuff is cleared up and there energy can be focused elsewhere. They have been focusing on these audits quite heavily lately as they near the end. I believe and Genesis has stated they believe that $2 a share will be considered very cheap in they months to come. I am not trying to get anyone to buy or sell I am just relaying to you what information I have been given and what I believe to be true. Take it easy and relax for the next couple of weeks. Greg P.S.
