Mark, Here is an article on T worth thinking about, if you haven't seen it already, from Forbes, by Gilder: forbes.com Synopsis: Armstrong trying to build a smart network when a dumb one is what people want; he is a smart guy doing a dumb thing cause he forgets Joy's (as in Bill of SunW--the Good Bill) law, namely, most of the smart people in the world don't work in your company.
