Enghauser will be responsible for supervising the company's restructured marketing department, with special emphasis on enhancing Sir Speedy's brand awareness on both the national and global fronts, as well as promoting its recent penetration into the e-Business arena. He was previously vice president marketing and advertising for Century 21 Real Estate Corp., where he was responsible for strategic planning, marketing, advertising worldwide and a member of the executive committee. His marketing career began at International Dairy Queen, where he gained extensive experience in new-product marketing, franchise relations and local store marketing. From Dairy Queen, Enghauser moved on to Burger King Corp., where he was director of division marketing, manager of adult promotions, and developed and taught "Local Store Marketing" techniques at Burger King University. Enghauser holds a bachelor's degree from Mankato State University in Mankato, Minn. During leisure time, he is very active in youth soccer, Little League baseball and basketball.
