Trading pattern on last Thursday (mid morning) and Friday gave the signal and Monday's price confirmed: that some positive news was coming soon. Was this part of a friendly settlement or a forced conversion? Also wonder why CC decided to go with 4.47 conversion price? That's the best price they could get under the circumstances? Ram
