Well that just about tears it for me! I've been patient for over a year and a half as this "story" has unfolded and my patience is beginning to wear VERY thin today after this announcement. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't it Aware that said that they'll change what they got before they license Amati's technology? If there's possible patient infringement going on then Amati damn well needs to make that known publicly.

I have no doubt that if this were Amati in this press release instead of Aware, we'd all be jumping for joy saying this was "THE BIG" announcement we've been waiting for. We'll, were STILL WAITING while the market has smiled on the Aware/USRX news (up 2 even as I type this).

As I said, my patience is wearing very, very thin with Amati. I'm beginning to question myself that if Amati's got the best technology then why is everyone going elsewhere? Is Amati simply holding out for too much? As a shareholder I'd like to see Amati get as much as they can for their technology but if their asking more than anyone is willing to pay then what's the use?

Sorry for venting just had to get that out.
Regards
