Since the company has yet to file the required documents with the SEC it is unlikely they would be doing the IPO anytime before early December or so, IMO. I assume then it becomes a question of whether they want to do it this calendar year or wait until just after the beginning of 2000.

Also an assumption on my part is that these decisions will be made once the company feels it has progressed enough to present itself to the public investment community. One should also assume that whatever underwriters the company has involved are also using their expertise in these matters to determine the most appropriate timing for the IPO.

In order words, we get to sit back and wait for good things to happen in their own time. I remain confident the company and their underwriters will make the right decisions on IPO timing.
