I just got done speaking with Jennifer from investor relations at MGMA. Here is the information she gave me: 1) They have filed an extension to filing their 10k, which was due on September 13th. They stated the reason for this was a change in their accounting firm. 2) Also, she stated that they are now expecting to report a net operating loss for 1999, stating that revenues decreased for Fanzine, as well as interest expense related to warrants related to Fanzine. 3) Will be restating financial statements for 1996, 97, and 98! She didn't indicate whether that is good or bad news, but I would guess that is bad news. I hope this company isn't going to report corrupt accountants! CHB
