Good Morning, I will assume (I hope) that Cell-Loc is aware of the joint Qualcomm - Symmetricom synchronization scheme, referred to in this link --- symmetricom.com It does appear to me that this will be very important to Cell-Loc's Time Difference Of Arrival technology , in cases where base stations are located beyond GPS range. BTW Fidelity's tracking symbol for Cell-Loc is "CLOKF". Best Regards, Mardy.
