Hi Joe, I like this deal, at least from the outside. It makes perfect sense...Hamilton Thorne has the marketing and sales force pipeline in place, and CRII has the technology. As we've seen countless times, just because a microcap company has the better mousetrap, it doesn't mean it has the ability or resources to market it.

It also looks like CRII is trying to streamline the company into a lean, mean, Lasette-selling machine. They can focus on the Lasette, and the cash they generate from the deal with Hamilton Thorne can be used to fund operations. I think this is alllll goood, real smart.
