Frankly, I think it will suck for GPW shareholders for sometime. CyPost will get the benefit of continued momentum which should help move whatever fraction 1 for 10? that we end up with. So maybe it will work out in the long run. But yeah, OTC sucks.

Well, I guess it forces me to make a decision on the company. I only wish I didn't add to my position at a price that I thought, at the time, was cheap.

Group West Systems Ltd. has entered into a merger agreement with CyPost
Corporation. CyPost will purchase all outstanding shares of Group West for
$7.7-million (approximately $1.08 per share), payable in shares of CyPost
Corporation.
"This merger will provide Group West Systems Ltd. with unprecedented
privacy and protection solutions for delivering server-based applications
to our customers," said Bill Ste. Marie, president and chief executive
officer of Group West. "Using CyPost's proprietary privacy and protection
technologies gives us a clear strategic advantage over our competition as
privacy concerns are moving to the forefront of Internet transactions."
The shares of CyPost will be valued based upon the average closing price
for the 15 trading days ending five days prior to the closing of the
transaction. The transaction is subject to shareholder and regulatory
approvals and completion of mutual due diligence.
