Margins may be good now, but what about the near future when they start shipping all those OEM drives needed to justify current pricing levels? They have also clearly stated their expectations of reducing prices in the future. Take a look at any other removable-media storage manufacturer and you'll see a trend of lower and lower prices. Any company in this business must be the low cost provider to remain competitive, and you can be certain that there will be plenty of competition. Better keep this in mind when computing future profits.
