I don't know much about Northfield, but in a study that Morgan Stanley did of blood substitute products in development about a year and a half ago, they concluded that only Alliance and Baxter's products were likely to go through the trial phase and regulatory approval. Given the setbacks Baxter has had in its efforts, I think ALLP is clearly the leader now.
