Thanks for your observations and input.

Primarily, my connection with the company was due to the fact that my sister-in-law is one of their programmers (and my brother-in-law was heading their marketing team until about a month ago).

I'm in PR -- specializing in the Israeli market -- so, in keeping with the family "tradition," I met with the chairman (then CEO)in December to propose a PR/communications program that would re-energize the company in the media, consumer and investor communities. He liked the plan we developed (and still does), but now the ball's in different hands and the new CEO has his own agenda -- regardless of what you or I might think of the need for such an initiative. Unfortunately, this means we won't be working together for now, but I expect in time we will.
