Mark, you've got to get your facts straight before you do your analysis. IOMG sales are not 35% of IMP's business; the CEO has said repeatedly it's only about 12%. And the 5 million zip number is the "official" conservative number; the leak from some IOMG person (i.e. what IOMG really thinks) that ticked off the SEC had the number at 8 million. Also, you fiscal year is messed up. IMP's '96 fiscal year already ended; they're into '97 already (ends March '97). Redo your numbers not based on last quarter; they'll be higher. I think IMP might end up closer to around $20 million in profits. Just my opinion. Still, around 25x projected earnings based on today's close. Not unreasonably priced, in my opinion, given the astronomical valuations of some of the others. Given the fall from 23+ to 15, hard to see how much lower it can go without being a huge buying opportunity. Just my opinion...
