Chris, over-valued is what Elliot Ness is pushing for his own personal reasons which he has not been willing to disclose. I am long the stock. This is simply a visibility issue. With the tiny float if any of the momentum threads ever picked up on the fact that PCCG has announced that they may reduce this tiny float further plus spin off their Internet on-line businesses to the shareholders so that in addition to your PCCG shares you also get shares in the new company, this stock could rocket. You have seen what has been going on with these IPO issues and the few that have spun off shares to the shareholders have done very well. Most of the IPOs have tradeable floats in the millions. PCCG has less than a million in tradeable float now and any scramble for shares would would send it flying. I could go on here but if you would be interested in doing some DD then give the company a call and I am sure they would be glad to take you through their plans.
