Hi John, OMKT will have to reverse and create a base at a highler level than 11.5. Then it can create a double top or so to break which would give you a guide to judge from. Good move off of support and the RS is in X's. A lot of resistance at 16. I'd check the fundamentals here. See who is following the stock and what is in store for the future. With the RS in X's I'm tempted to say hold on and see what it will do. I'd be interested to know if news moved the stock off the bottom like that.
